Our work is about more than great marketing; our work is about the people we do it for.  Clients are given priority and are treated like family. Our core value statement is: “People are important.”

At Kakapo Marketing, we limit the number of clients we take to ensure that each person we serve is treated as a priority. If a client has a need that falls outside the scope of a “normal 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. schedule,” wants to adjust one of their marketing initiatives or has questions about a potential marketing opportunity, we make sure to promptly respond to your request.

What Should You Expect From Kakapo Marketing?

Clients are always provided with a realistic timeline for execution of their marketing project and we believe in meeting and exceeding our deadlines and expectations. We look for every opportunity to incorporate added value into all of our marketing efforts. From social media, graphic design and website development to public relations and organizational development coaching, we treat everything we do as if we were doing it “unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23).”

Kakapo Marketing is owned and run by Jesus-believing entrepreneurs who hold themselves highly accountable to the Lord and their clients. Quality assurance is performed on everything that is produced. We make every effort to communicate well and regularly with clients providing opportunities for feedback and even reminders about projects that require resources or need approval.

Excellence, adaptability and affordability are staples of Kakapo Marketing. We never claim to “know it all” and are always happy to accommodate design changes or project redirection. Our rates are kept low to make having the benefit of an experienced marketing firm possible for small businesses, ministries and other organizations because we believe in what we do and our God-given ability to promote organizations well.
